摘要
通过对目前低电压运行电解槽存在的波动频繁、炉帮伸腿形成差、效率低等现状的分析,提出以提高铝水平,同时通过减少外部散热、提高分子比等配套参数来实现平衡磁场、增强热稳定性和降低炉底压降,达到既解决存在问题,又节能降耗、提高效率的目的。
Based on the low voltage operation of electrolyzer existing frequent fluctuation of furnace wall legs form a difference,analysis of low efficiency situation,put forward to improve the level of aluminum,at the same time by reducing the external heat,increase the molecular ratio of supporting parameters to achieve the balance of magnetic field enhanced thermal stability and reduce the bottom pressure drop,so as to solve the problems also,saving energy,improve efficiency.
