热处理对ZA45Si3Cu合金冲击与摩擦性能的影响

摘要 研制一种ZA45Si3Cu新型高铝锌基合金。利用金相分析和SEM显微分析等试验手段研究了热处理对ZA45Si3Cu合金冲击性能及摩擦性能的影响,得出以下主要结论:由于合金铝含量较高,组织中α相树枝晶比较发达,在铸态下存在较严重的晶内偏析。固溶时效处理能够有效地消除合金铸态下的非平衡偏析组织,合金的冲击功随着时效温度的增加而增大,摩擦系数随着时效温度的增加而减小,但时效处理使合金的硬度降低。ZA45Si3Cu合金的优选热处理工艺为360℃/6 h固溶处理+260℃/3 h时效处理。 ZA45Si3Cu alloy was developed, the effects of heat-treatments on impact and friction properties were studied by means of metallography and scan electrical microscope. The results show that because of the high aluminum content of the alloy, dendrite α(Al) phase in the organization is relatively developed, there are serious micro-segregation in the as-cast, and solution and aging treatment can effectively eliminate the as-cast nonequilibrium segregation of the organization. The impact energy of ZA45Si3Cu alloy increases with the increase of aging temperature, and the friction coefficient of the alloy decreases with the increase of aging temperature. However, aging treatment decreases the hardness of the alloy. When the alloy after360℃/6 h solution + 260℃/3 h aging, the impact property of the alloy and friction property at the same time to achieve the best.
