摘要
根据参考文献确定CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O-3-SiO_2-MgO渣系中各组元的质量分数取值范围(MgO 1-7%,SiO_24-10%,CaO 6-15%,Al_2O_3 18-30%,CaF_2 50-60%),渣系熔化温度取值范围(1330-1463℃)。在实验过程中,运用正交软件设计渣系中各组元不同含量配比实验;拟定在1450℃温度条件下,利用Factsage软件对其粘度数值进行计算,探究几种物质对该渣系粘度值大小的影响;并利用Origin软件对实验结果进行画图分析。结果表明该渣系理论最优组合的因子质量百分比为:65%CaF_2、18%Al_2O_3、12%CaO、4%或6%SiO_2、1%MgO。
According references determines the mass fraction range of each component(MgO 1-7%, SiO2 4-10%, CaO6-15%,Al2O3 18-30%,CaF2 50-60%), and the melting temperature range(1330-1463 ℃) in the CaF2-CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO Slag System. In the test process,different content ratio experiments of each component in the slag system have been designed in Orthogonal software; viscosity values of the slag system was calculated and the influence of several substances on the viscosity value of the slag system was investigated by using Factsage software under the condition of 1450 C temperature;also the experimental results was drawed and analysed by using Origin software. The results show that the theoretical optimum combination in the factor mass percentage which was the slag system, is 65%CaF2, 18%Al2O3, 12%CaO, 4% or 6%SiO2,1%MgO.
