摘要
某混凝土泵车金属转盘断裂,通过宏观观察、成分分析、断口分析、金相分析、硬度检测和有限元分析,结果表明:混凝土泵车的固定转塔法兰和基座焊缝部位存在应力集中,焊趾部位产生微裂纹,微裂纹在交变载荷的作用下沿焊接部位不断扩展,最终导致泵车转盘发生疲劳断裂。
A concrete pump truck wheel fracture, The fracture reason was detected by macro observation, component analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic analysis, hardness testing and finite element analysis, the results show that the concrete pump fixed turret base flange and weld exist stress concentration, micro cracks at weld toe crack under alternating load the welding position continues to expand, eventually leading to pump rotary fatigue fracture.
