摘要
本文对金属为原料,研究了挤压、锻造以及挤压与锻造对金属锻件组织性能的影响。研究结果表明:由于挤压时金属锻件内外层变化不均匀,导致金属沿断面的不均匀;在加工率相同的条件下,锻造金属件的微观组织比挤压组织均匀,抗拉强度比挤压工艺略低,但相对的延展性较高,而挤压与锻造对金属材组织改善明显,微观组织细小均匀,综合力学性能和内部组织最好。
The influence of extrusion, forging, extrusion and forging on the performance of metal forging is studied in this paper. The results show that the metal is not uniform in the cross section due to uneven variation in the inside and outside of the metal forging. In processing the same conditions, the forging microstructure than extrusion homogeneity of the metal,tensile strength is slightly lower than the extrusion process, but the relatively high ductility, and the extrusion and forging of metal material organization improve obviously, uniform microstructure fine, comprehensive mechanical properties and internal organization is best.
