The transformation of agricultural distribution network is the direction of development in the next few years.Using advanced manufacturing technology to improve the manufacturing level and product quality of agricultural distribution network hardware is one of the key tasks of hardware manufacturers. This paper introduces the process flow of liquid metal die forging for agricultural distribution network fittings, analyzes and studies the difficulties and key problems in the trial production process, and puts forward the control measures.
