摘要
为解决磷铁环压脱机的同步超差问题,对设备现状及问题产生的根源讲行综合分析,并进行多次改造尝试,最终确定将位移传感器改造为油缸内置式位移传感器进行试验。该位移传感器选用德国巴鲁夫BTL 微脉冲位移传感器,具有无限机械寿命、测量误差<0.1mm、可重复性极高、稳定性好等特点。改造完成后,油缸内置式巴鲁夫位移传感器效果良好,数据稳定可靠,油缸同步精度可以达到0.5%,因传感器导致的同步超差故障得到完美解决。
To solve the problem of synchronization of phosphorus iron hoop pressure offline out-of-tolerance problem,tell the root causes of current situation and problems of equipment line,a comprehensive analysis and try many times renovation,will ultimately determine the displacement sensor adapted for cylinder built-in displacement sensor testing.The displacement sensor is chosen balluff Germany BTL of micro pulse displacement transducer,with infinite mechanical life,measurement error 0.1 mm,high repeatability,good stability and other characteristics.Transformation completed,oil cylinder built-in sensors balluff displacement effect is good,stable and reliable data,oil cylinder synchronization precision can reach 0.5%,Synchronization error caused by sensor failure perfect solution.
