云南某选矿厂采用平流沉降槽浓密箱浓缩尾矿,厂前尾矿回水率低仅为30%,且占地面积大,尾矿回水易跑浑,对选厂选别作业有较大影响。针对尾矿回水率低下,采用新型ZXN振动型斜板浓密机使尾矿回水率由30%提高到76%,增加了46个百分点,每年可产生效益475万元。
