复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗早泄疗效观察

Effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation

目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗早泄的临床效果。方法将120例早泄患者随机分为2组,对照组60例采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,观察组60例采用复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,2组均持续治疗1个月后观察疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者射精潜伏期显著长于对照组(P<0.05),早泄指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组夫妻双方对性生活非常满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不满意率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗早泄可明显延长射精潜伏时间,改善早泄指数,明显提高治疗有效率和夫妻双方对性生活的满意程度,且安全性高,可在临床积极推广应用。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods 120 patients with premature ejaculation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The patients were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the control group,and with Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the observation group.The curative effect was observed after treated for 1 months. Results After treatment,the ejaculatory latency of the patients in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）,the index of premature ejaculation was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups（ P 0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of both husband and wife in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）,the dissatisfaction rate was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation can obviously prolong ejaculation latency,increase the index of premature ejaculation,it can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment and the satisfaction of both husband and wife on sexual life,and the security is high. It can be widely used in clinical practice.
