中药热奄包外敷配合桃仁红花煎口服治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type by Reyanbao therapy combined with Taoren Honghua decoction

目的观察中药热奄包热敷与桃仁红花煎中药汤剂口服对气滞血瘀性原发性痛经患者疗效的影响。方法将80例气滞血瘀性原发性痛经患者随机分为2组,对照组40例给予山莨菪碱注射液10 mg肌肉注射,每日1次,疼痛能耐受即停;观察组40例在对照组治疗基础上经前2 d开始给予中药热奄包与桃仁红花煎治疗,经期第2天即停。2组均持续治疗3个月经周期。观察2组患者治疗前与停药3个月经周期后腹痛时间与中医症状积分,并统计停药3个月经周期后腹痛程度及临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后的腹痛时间相比治疗前以及对照组明显缩短(P均<0.05),中医症状积分相比治疗前以及对照组明显降低(P均<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的痛经程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包外敷与桃仁红花煎结合治疗能够有效改善原发性痛经患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,缩短疼痛时间。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Reyanbao therapy combined with Taoren Honghua decoction on primary dysmenorrhea of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type. Methods Eighty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 40 patients were given anisodamine injection 10 mg intramuscularly once daily for pain tolerance,the observation group of 40 cases were given Reyanbao therapy with traditional Chinese medicine by external application from 2 days before menstruation to the second day in menstruation based on the treatment in the control group. Both groups were continuly treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The abdominal pain time and TCM symptom scores before treatment and after 3 menstrual cycles of the patients in the two groups were observed,the degree of abdominal pain and clinical effect after 3 menstrual cycles were evaluated. Results The time of abdominal pain after treatment in the observation group was significantly shorter while symptom scores of TCM were significantly lower than that before treatment and in control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the degree of dysmenorrhea was significantly lower while the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Reyanbao therapy combined with Taoren Honghua decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,relieve abdominal pain and shorten the pain time in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.
