化痰祛瘀汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效及对血脂、血液流变学的影响

Impacts of decoction for resolving phlegm and stasis on coronary heart disease with stable anginaon and its effect on blood lipid and hemorheologics

目的观察化痰祛瘀汤治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法将100例痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例。对照组予以冠心病二级预防规范化治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以化痰祛瘀汤治疗,治疗4周后统计2组心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、心电图疗效,并观察2组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学相关指标变化情况。结果治疗组心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、心电图疗效均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组TG、TC、LDL-C水平及全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均明显下降(P均<0.05),且治疗组各指标水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论化痰祛瘀汤治疗痰瘀互结证冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,可明显减轻临床症状,降低血脂、血液流变学水平,且安全性好。

Objective It is to observe the effect of decoction for resolving phlegm and stasis on coronary heart disease with stable anginaon of phlegm and blood stasis type and its effect on blood lipid and hemorheologics. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease with stable anginaon of phlegm-stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group( 52 cases) and control group( 48 cases). The control group was given western medicine of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease,while the treatment group was added with Huatan Quyu Decoction based on the therapy in the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical comprehensive efficacy,traditional Chinese medical symptom efficacy and the ECG efficacy were evaluated after treatment,the changes of indexes of blood lipid and hemorheologics before and after treatment were observed in both groups. Results The total effect rates of clinical comprehensive efficacy,traditional Chinese medical syndrome efficacy and the ECG efficacy in treatment group were better than those in the control group( P <0. 05). The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C and whole high blood viscosity,whole low blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment in the two groups were significantly decrease( P < 0. 05),and the improvements of these indexes in the observation group were better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). No obvious side effect was found in both groups. Conclusion Huatan Quyu Decoction which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce blood lipid and hemorheologic levels with good safety is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable anginaon of phlegm-stasis syndrome.
