东莞高校在校大学生器官捐赠态度、知识与意愿调查研究

Research on the attitude,knowledge and intention of organs donation in Dongguan colleges students

目的:了解东莞高校在校大学生对器官捐赠的认知、态度及意愿,探讨影响器官捐赠的因素,为开展器官捐赠教育提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,对东莞市670名在校大学生进行器官捐赠意愿态度、知识和意愿的调查。结果:20.05%的大学生愿意捐赠器官,1.20%的大学生已签署器官捐赠卡,11.28%的大学生不愿意捐赠器官。器官捐赠态度得分为(88.02±20.56)分;器官捐赠知识得分为(7.64±1.38)分;器官捐赠意愿得分为(2.50±0.96)分。不同的性别、宗教信仰、年级等对东莞市大学生器官捐赠的态度、知识和意愿差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:东莞在校大学生捐赠意愿较低,有必要在大学生中开展器官捐赠相关知识宣传和教育。

Objective： To provide the basis for carrying out the education of organ donation,it is necessary for us to understand the cognition,attitude,and will of students in Dongguan colleges and universities of donation,and discuss the factors that affect organ donation. Methods： To adopt stratified cluster samplings,and research on attitudes,knowledge and willingness to organ donation of 670 students in Dongguan colleges and universities. Results： It was founded that 20. 05% of college students were willing to donate their organs,and 1. 20% of college students had signed an organs donation card,and 11. 28%of college students were reluctant to donate their organs. The scores of attitude on organs donation were（ 88. 02 ± 20. 56）; the scores of knowledge on donation were（ 7. 64 ± 1. 38）; the scores of intention on organs donation were（ 2. 50 ± 0. 96）. The differences in gender,religious beliefs,grades had no statistical significance on the attitudes,knowledge,and willingness of donation on college students in the Dongguan city（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： It was necessary to carry out that knowledge dissemination of organs donation and education in college students.
