品管圈活动对提高住院新生儿皮肤完好率的影响

The influence of quality control circle activity on improving rate of skin intactness on newborn babies in hospital

目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高住院新生儿皮肤完好率的影响。方法:成立品管圈,按照品管圈活动步骤制定计划,对住院新生儿皮肤损伤的现状进行调查、解析,设定目标,针对要因拟定对策并实施,最后检讨和改进。结果:住院新生儿皮肤损伤的发生率显著降低,皮肤完好率显著提高,活动后较活动前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用品管圈活动能提高住院新生儿皮肤完好率,减轻了患儿的痛苦,降低感染概率,增加患儿的舒适感,提高其生存质量。

Objective： To explore the influence of quality control circle（ QCC） activity on improving rate of skin intactness on newborn babies in hospital.Methods： Firstly to set up quality control circle,make plan on the basis of the steps of QCC,secondly,investigate and analyze the current situation of skin damage on newborn babies in hospital,set goals,aim at the factors and propose strategies and carry out,finally review and improve it. Results： The rate of occurring skin damage of newborn babies in hospital was obviously decreased,and the rate of skin intactness was apparently increased. It was statistically significant towards the difference after having activity which compare to before having activity（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The adoption of QCC activity can increase the rate of skin intactness on newborn babies in hospital,reduced the pain of patients,lessened the probability of being infected,enhanced the comfortable sensation of patients,and improved the quality of life.
