延续护理在乳腺癌改良根治术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous nursing in patients with modified radical mastectomy

目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术患者延续护理措施应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年6月我院收治的196例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,并随机等分为对照组和观察组,两组均实施改良根治术治疗,对照组采取常规护理;观察组采取延续护理,比较两组手术相关指标和护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),功能锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌改良根治术中实施延伸护理,患者护士服务满意度高,提高了手术效率,减少了术后并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the application effect of continuous nursing in patients with modified radical mastectomy. Methods: A total of 196 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with modified radical mastectomy. While the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received continuous nursing. Surgical related indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); the length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); the compliance of functional exercise was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); the postoperative complications were less than those of the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion: Implementing continuous nursing in modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer improves patients' satisfaction towards nurses' services and the efficiency of the operation,reduces postoperative complications. Therefore,it is worthy of popularization.
