摘要
目的:探讨层级搭建在责任制整体护理模式中应用价值。方法:选取2015年2月~2017年8月我院收治的患者352例,将2015年2月~2016年6月未实施层级搭建的患者176例作为对照组,对照组采用责任制整体护理模式,将2016年7月~2017年8月采用层级搭建责任制整体护理模式的患者176例设为观察组,比较两组患者护理满意度、护理质量、护理人员职业满意度。结果:观察组患者在服务态度、护理技能水平、沟通交流、主动服务意识方面满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、危重患者管理、急救药品管理、护理文书书写、消毒隔离5方面评分均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员在工作内容、管理方式、工资及福利、工作晋升评优机制、同事相处5方面满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级搭建护理模式可提高责任制整体护理质量,并能够提高患者护理满意度与护理人员职业满意度。
Objective: To explore the application value of hierarchical structure in holistic nursing with accountability system. Methods: A total of 352 patients admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2017 were selected,of which 176 patients were treated with holistic nursing with general accountability system from February 2015 to June 2016 as the control group and the other 176 patients were treated with hierarchical structure in holistic nursing with accountability system July 2016 to August 2017 as the observation group. The satisfaction,nursing quality and occupational satisfaction of nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results: The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the service attitude,the level of nursing skills,communication,and active service awareness than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance( P < 0. 05); the scores in basic nursing,management of critically ill patients and emergency medicine,nursing document writing,as well as disinfection and isolation were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance( P < 0. 05); the satisfaction scores in work content,management,wages and benefits,work promotion and evaluation mechanism,as well as the relationship with colleagues were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Hierarchical structure can improve the quality of holistic nursing with accountability system,patients' satisfaction of nursing and occupational satisfaction of nursing staff.
