产检流程再造在特需门诊产科中的应用

Application of process reengineering of antenatal examination on special need clinic of obstetrics department

目的:探讨产检流程再造在特需门诊产科中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年6月~2016年2月于我院接受治疗的210例孕妇为研究对象,按照就诊日期将孕妇等分为观察组和对照组,常规产检流程护理方案的孕妇为对照组,应用产检流程再造护理方案为观察组。记录分析并比较两组孕妇在特需门诊就诊的排队时间、满意度等,包括护士服务、就诊环境、挂号收费、诊疗过程指导,探索不同方案在特需门诊中的应用价值。结果:观察组产检流程的时间显著低于对照组。观察组护士服务、就诊环境、挂号收费、诊疗过程指导的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产检流程再造护理模式切实体现了以人为本的服务理念,满足了孕妇的切身需求,使孕妇就医更为便利,在特需门诊产科护理中具有非常显著的应用价值。

Objective: To explore the application effect of process reengineering of antenatal examination on special need clinic of obstetrics department.Methods: To select 210 cases of pregnant women cured in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2016 as research objectives,and divide them into observation group and control group according to examination date. Regard pregnant women with routine antenatal examination nursing program as control group,while pregnant women with antenatal examination process reengineering nursing program are treated as observation group. Record,analyze and compare queuing time and satisfaction for pregnant women during examination in special need clinic between the two groups,including nurses' service,examination environment,registration fee,guidance in diagnosis and treatment,and investigate application value of different programs on special need clinic. Results:Time for antenatal examination in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group. Satisfaction degree for nurses' service,examination environment,registration fee,guidance in diagnosis and treatment in observation group were all higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Nursing mode of antenatal examination process reengineering could really reflect the service concept of people-oriented,satisfy pregnant women'actual demands,and provide convenience for them during examination,and it has significant application value in special need clinic of maternity nursing.
