摘要
以19个甘肃河西走廊棉区主栽品种(系)为材料,以多项指标的耐盐系数为依据,运用主成分分析及聚类分析对其进行萌发期和苗期耐盐性综合评价及分类。结果表明:参试的19个品种(系)中,有3个品种(系)在萌发期和苗期耐盐性结果不一致,占总参试品种(系)的15.8%,其它品种(系)在萌发期和苗期耐盐鉴定结果一致,其中表现稳定的强耐盐品种为辽195、惠远710和金垦108,表现稳定的中等耐盐品种(系)为陇棕棉3号、B10、金垦1261、新陆早26号、新陆早33号,表现稳定的弱耐盐品种(系)为陇棉2号、新陆早10、新陆早67、陇绿棉4号、酒棉10号、新陆早39、新陆早45,表现稳定的盐敏感品种为华棉9号。甘肃河西走廊棉区主栽棉花品种主要以中等和弱耐盐品种为主,强耐盐品种较少。
Nineteen cotton cultivars( Gossypium hiristurum) suitable for Hexi area of Gansu were selected as test materials,and the comprehensive evaluation and classification at germination and seedling stages were performed by principal components analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis based on the salt tolerance coefficient of multi-indexes. The results showed that the salt tolerance of three cultivars( lines) at germination stage were not consistent with that at seedling stage among the nineteen cultivars( lines),accounting for 15.8% of the tested cultivars( lines),other cultivars( lines) showed salt tolerance at germination and seedling stages. Liao 195,Huiyuan710,Jinkeng 108 were strong tolerant at both germination and seedling stages,Longzongmian 3,B10,Jinkeng1261,Xinluzao 26,Xinluzao 33 were moderate tolarant,while Longmian 2,Xinluzao 10,Xinluzao 67,Longlumian 4,Jiumian 10,Xinluzao 39,Xinluzao 45 weak tolerant and Huamian 9 sensitive.
