摘要
本文从某电厂M701F4单轴燃气联合循环机组一次调频性能不满足华东地区电网关于一次调频的规定而被多次考核的问题出发,从5个方面分析可能影响该机组一次调频性能的具体原因。最后给出通过微调机组转速死区和转差-负荷变动量对应函数的方法提高机组一次调频的动作正确率和平均调节性能的解决方案。
After description of an event occours with an M701F4 single-shaft gas turbine for combined cycle power plant where primary frequency regulation does not conform to the requirements of East China grid, this paper provides root cause analysis in five aspects,along with a proposed solution to improve the accuracy and average adjustment performance of primary frequency regulation of the unit by resetting the function of the dead zone and the speed difference-load variation.
