“以患者为中心”研究的演进路径与热点前沿分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的从定量的层面探测"以患者为中心"研究的演进路径、研究热点和前沿。方法采用文献共被引分析方法和词频分析法,运用CitespaceⅢ可视化软件绘制"以患者为中心"研究文献共被引网络图谱和关键词共现图谱,结合突现节点文献二次检索的方法,梳理并揭示"以患者为中心"研究的演进路径、研究热点与前沿。结果"以患者为中心"研究的关键节点文献有7篇,7个研究热点和8个研究前沿。结论以患者为中心的概念、测量方法、医务人员、医患关系与沟通是"以患者为中心"研究的热点与前沿。 Objective To probe the evolution pathway,research hotspots and frontiers of Patient-centred research.Methods The methods of co-cited articles analysis and word frequency analysis were used in the article.The network of co-cited articles and keywords was showed in visualization mapping by using CitespaceⅢ in which the burst nodes represented the high impact hot papers and the most frequently used keywords,and revealed the evolution pathway,research hotspots and frontier of Patient-centred research.Results There were seven key nodes literatures,seven research hotpots and eight research frontiers in Patient-centered research.Conclusion The patient-centered concept,measurement methods,medical staff,doctor-patient relationship and communication are hotspots and frontiers of patient-centered research.
