人文医学教育对口腔科住院医师共情能力及患者满意度的影响

The Influence of Medical Humanity Education on Empathy Level of Resident Doctors and Satisfaction Rate of Patients

目的探讨人文医学教育对提高住院医师共情能力和患者满意度的作用。方法以新疆和田地区人民医院口腔科住院医师及就诊患者为研究对象,对患者的人文需求进行调查;并对住院医师进行多种形式的人文医学教育,调查干预前后住院医师的杰弗逊共情量表自评分及就诊患者的满意率。采用描述性分析、t检验和卡方检验等进行统计分析。结果患者的人文需求主要体现在服务态度、肢体语言等方面。干预前后住院医师的共情量表得分分别为81.1±16.1,128.6±10.00,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),住院医师共情能力明显提升;患者就诊满意率由86.8%升高至干预后的96.8%,满意率明显提高(P=0.025)。结论人文医学教育有助于提升和田地区人民医院口腔科住院医师的共情能力和患者满意率。

Objective To explore the role of medical humanity education for improving empathy ability of resident doctors and satisfaction rate of patients.Methods The resident doctors and patients from department of stomatology in Hetian district people's hospital were enrolled.All resident doctors received various forms of training on medical humanities.The contents of investigation contained needs of humanistic care for the Uighur patients.And then the difference between scoring of Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professional and satisfaction rate of patients before and after prevention was also analyzed.The methods of descriptive analysis,t-test and chi-square test were used in the process of statistical analysis.Results The needs of humanistic care for the Uighur patients primarily reflected in service attitude,body language,and so on.The difference of doctors' score between post-prevention(128.6±10.0)and pre-prevention(81.1±16.1)according to Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professional was statistically significant(P<0.001).And the result exhibited that empathy level of resident doctors improved obviously.Similarly,there was a significant improvement in satisfaction rate of Uighur patients(post-prevention vs.pre-prevention:96.8%vs.86.8%,P=0.025).Conclusion Medical humanity education helps to improve empathy level,competence and patient satisfaction of resident doctors in Hetian district people's hospital.
