社区护士在家庭医生团队中的角色定位探讨

Discussion on Community Nurse's Responsibilities in Family Doctor Service Team

随着新医改政策和措施的深入推进,社区卫生服务机构组建的家庭医生服务团队在分级诊疗、慢性病防治和居民健康管理等方面发挥着重要作用。但各地对社区护士在团队中的工作职责和分工并无统一的规范和认识。武汉市汉阳区某社区卫生服务中心在工作实践中,探索出社区护士在家庭医生服务团队中的8项角色定位,从而强化了护士的工作职责,明确了工作目标,也建立了家庭医生服务团队中各类医务人员相互间协调一致的工作机制。

With the advancing of new medical reform system and introduction of new policies,family doctor service team established by community health service institutions is playing an important role in classification treatment,chronic disease prevention and health management.However,throughout the community nurse's team,the division of responsibilities is not standardized and lacking of awareness.Hanyang district of Wuhan 2 nd Bridge Street Community Health Service Center has explore community nurses' 8 Role in family doctor services team in practice,thus reinforcing the responsibilities of nurses,setting clear objectives,but also to establish a family doctor service team working mechanism of various types of medical personnel co-working with each other.
