Stirrer is a kind of device that forced convection and mixing uniformly of liquid and gaseous medium. The type,size,and speed of the agitator affect the distribution of agitator power between the overall flow and the turbulent pulsation. With the continuous development of China＇s industrial industry,blender equipment has also been more and more widely used. Isophthalic acid,as a petrochemical product,has played a major role in the manufacture of resins,pharmaceuticals,dyes and plasticizers. Sticky materials make mixer equipment more widely used in PIA installations.The safety of blender equipment has a direct impact on the production in the later stage. Referring to the above corresponding measures,it will be helpful to the production of the enterprise. The phenomenon that the bearing is worn due to the vibration that occurs during the operation of the mixer is analyzed and discussed in detail.
