摘要
搅拌器是使液体、气体介质强迫对流并均匀混合的一种器件。对于搅拌器功率在总体流动和湍流脉动之间的分配产生影响的是搅拌器的类型、尺寸和转速。随着我国工业行业的不断发展,搅拌器设备的应用也越来越广泛。间苯二甲酸作为石油化工产品,主要在制造树脂、药物、染料和增塑剂等方面发挥作用。黏稠的物料使搅拌器设备在PIA装置中的应用较为广泛。对搅拌器在运行时出现的振动而导致轴承受到磨损的现象进行了详细分析与探讨。
Stirrer is a kind of device that forced convection and mixing uniformly of liquid and gaseous medium. The type,size,and speed of the agitator affect the distribution of agitator power between the overall flow and the turbulent pulsation. With the continuous development of China's industrial industry,blender equipment has also been more and more widely used. Isophthalic acid,as a petrochemical product,has played a major role in the manufacture of resins,pharmaceuticals,dyes and plasticizers. Sticky materials make mixer equipment more widely used in PIA installations.The safety of blender equipment has a direct impact on the production in the later stage. Referring to the above corresponding measures,it will be helpful to the production of the enterprise. The phenomenon that the bearing is worn due to the vibration that occurs during the operation of the mixer is analyzed and discussed in detail.
