在煤矿矿井建设工程中,地面预注浆属初始工程。地面预注浆使用的泥浆泵是常用的机电设备之一,它对于矿井建设起着非常重要的作用。技术人员必须熟练掌握其操作步骤及运转的技术与技能,完成矿井建设工程的前期任务。TSJ-2000和TSJ-1000A型钻机是矿井建设工程中的重要机电设备。本文主要研究了TBW-850/5A和TBW-1200/7B型泥浆泵的结构、操作,TSJ-2000和TSJ-1000A型钻机的常见故障及处理方法。

In coal mine construction,ground pre-grouting is an initial project. The mud pump used for ground pregrouting is one of the commonly used mechanical and electrical equipment,which plays a very important role in mine construction. Technical staff must be proficient in the operation of the steps and skills so as to complete the preliminary task of mine construction project. TSJ-2000 and TSJ-1000 A drilling rigs are important mechanical and electrical equipment in mine construction. This paper mainly studies the structure and operation of TBW-850/5 A and TBW-1200/7 B mud pumps,and the common faults and treatments of TSJ-2000 and TSJ-1000 A drilling rigs are studied.
