摘要
近十年中,我国乳制品的生产量与产品的总产值,同以往比已经增长了近十倍左右,这也使我国的乳制品行业从生产方式上发生了转变,要求乳品行业从符合法制化、规范化并保证不影响生态资源的方式上进行生产。但乳制品在生产过程中,会受到一些微生物的污染,这就要求我们从源头做起,以此来迎接我国乳品行业新一轮高标准、高品质、高要求发展周期的到来。
In recent ten years,the output of dairy products and the total output value of products in our country have increased tenfold compared with the past ones. However,in the production process of dairy products,dairy production will be affected by a number of microbial contaminations,which requires us to start from the source,so as to meet a new round of high standard,high-quality and high-demand development cycle of China's dairy industry.
