摘要
哈尔滨工业大学先进焊接与连接国家重点实验室通过对焊接接头的力学行为进行深入分析,摒弃了单纯追求焊缝强度的观念,提出实现焊接接头与母材等承载的思想,仅将母材和熔敷金属的性能参量作为焊接接头设计的初始参量,给出了保证具有与母材相同的承载能力的焊接接头设计方法和设计准则,使得焊接接头的设计可以脱离具体的产品结构而独立进行,有望逐渐发展成为一个标准化的焊接结构设计环节。
The State Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding and Joining,Harbin Institute of Technology,deeply analyzes the mechanical behavior of welded joints,abandons the notion of simply pursues the strength of welded joints,puts forward the idea of carrying welded joints and base materials,and takes deposited metal as initial parameters of the design of welded joints,gives the design method and design criteria of welded joints to ensure the same carrying capacity as the base metal,so that the design of welded joints can be independently carried out from the specific product structure,which is expected to gradually develop into a standardized welding structure design.
