摘要 本文介绍了不同类型升沉补偿系统的特征,研究提出了浮吊主动升沉补偿系统的设计方法,提供了浮吊主动升沉补偿系统的结构、液压系统、电气系统方案,分析了该方案的工作原理与工作模式,突出分析了被动补偿与主动补偿组合后的技术优势,为产品开发奠定了基础。该产品的研究与开发,有助于打破技术壁垒,提升海工装备国产化水平与性能。 This paper introduces the characteristics of different types of heave compensation system. The design method of the active heave compensation hydraulic system is put forward of the floating crane. The system structure,hydraulic system and electrical system scheme of the floating crane are provided. The working principle and working mode of the scheme are analyzed,and the technical advantages of passive compensation and active compensation are highlighted analyzed. Above research lay the foundation for product development. The research and development of this product is conducive to break down technical barriers and improve the domestication level and performance of marine equipment.
