目前比较先进的交流提升机控制系统主要有:交交变频同步电动机调速系统、双PWM鼠笼异步电动机调速系统和转子双馈绕线异步电动机调速系统。本文重点研究了提升机系统主要故障现象与征兆,包括机械类故障、信号闭锁类故障、行程类故障、电气类故障等。

At present,the control system of AC hoist is mainly composed of frequency control synchronous motor speed control system,dual PWM squirrel cage induction motor speed regulation system and rotor double-fed asynchronous motor speed control system. This article focuses on the hoisting machine system main symptoms and signs,including mechanical fault,signal blocking fault,travel fault,electrical fault and so on.
