摘要 垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对黑龙江省主栽的2个黑木耳品种采集的10个不同地区引种的栽培菌株,进行了酯酶同工酶酶谱多样性比较研究。结果表明,10个菌株酯酶同工酶谱共有8条谱带,相似酶带较多,相似系数在0.81~1.00。在相似水平为0.81时,可将10个菌株分为3个组群。第1组群包括:8个菌株;第2、第3组群各1个菌株,同一品种不同来源引种的菌株酶谱差异显著,而不同品种的酶谱却无差异,表明用种市场菌种名称较为混乱。 Esterase isozyme diversity of Auricularia auricular strain cultivated in 10 different areas was analysed by SDSPAGE. Eight esterase isozyme bands were observed in 10 strains. More bands were similar and the similarity coefficient was between 0. 81 and 1. 00. Ten strains were divided into three groups at 0. 81 similarity level. Eight strains were clustered into the first group. The second and the third group individually included one strain. The same variety in different areas showed significantly different zymogram,whereas the different variety showed no difference. The results indicated the name of Auricularia auricular variety used in the market was chaotic.
