摘要
黄曲霉毒素对人体具有很大的威胁,在制作粮油食品的过程中,如果使用了已经霉变的原材料,那么最终得到的粮油产品势必也会存在黄曲霉毒素。为了进一步提高粮油食品的食用安全,必须要不断提升粮油食品安全的检验技术。对常见的几种黄曲霉毒素检测方法加以阐述分析,以期选择更为适合的检验方法,最大限度提高粮油食品的食用安全。
Aflatoxin poses a great threat to the human body. If mildewed raw materials are used in the production of cereals and oil products,aflatoxins will inevitably exist in the resulting cereals and oil products. In order to further improve the food safety of cereals and oil products,we must continuously improve the inspection technology of food,oil and food safety. Several common aflatoxin detection methods are analyzed in order to choose a more suitable test method to maximize the food safety of cereals and oilseeds.
