后路手术内固定对脊柱骨折的治疗作用及手术技巧分析

Therapeutic effect of posterior fixation with internal fixation on spinal fractures and analysis of operative skills

分析对脊柱骨折者开展后路手术内固定术的临床效果,选择2016年8月—2017年8月我院收治的100例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。观察组病患接受后路手术内固定法治疗,对照组接受外侧植骨融合术,分析临床效果。对照组中,总有效率为78.00%,观察组总有效率为96.00%。和对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率明显较高,P<0.05。两组患者的术后前缘高度和后缘高度存在明显差异,P<0.05。和对照组相比,观察组的CObb角改善程度更好,P<0.05。对脊椎骨折患者开展后路内固定法治疗,能取得显著成效,有助于重建神经功能,改善疾病转归,值得进一步推广使用。

To analyze the clinical effect of posterior fixation for spine fractures. 100 patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research object. According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were treated with posterior fixation and control group received lateral fusion. The clinical effects were analyzed. Posterior fixation of patients with vertebral fracture treatment can achieve significant results,help to rebuild the nerve function,improve the prognosis of disease,which is worth to further promote.
