摘要
通过观察兔模型髂嵴骨软骨游离移植入髋臼的成活情况,证明临床上应用同体髂嵴骨软骨游离移植方法治疗大龄髋脱位的可行性及有效性。将18只实验兔(2月龄)随机分为3组,每组6只。将实验兔双侧髋臼造成全层软骨缺损,右侧为对照组,左侧髋臼底开槽,取髂嵴游离骨软骨将其镶嵌到髋臼底。分别于4周、8周、16周处死一组动物,取出双侧髋臼进行大体观察、光镜观察。发现移植骨软骨成活生长,无吸收,无排斥。通过动物实验证实髂嵴骨软骨游离移植能以类透明软骨替代髋臼软骨行使其功能,进一步说明同体髂嵴骨软骨游离移植方法治疗大龄髋脱位的可行性及有效性。
By observing the survival of the iliac crest cartilage in the rabbit model,the feasibility of using the free iliac crestochondral orthotopic transplantation for the treatment of elderly patients with hip dislocation was demonstrated.Eighteen experimental rabbits(2 months old) were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 mice in each group. The experimental rabbit bilateral acetabulum caused by full-thickness cartilage defects,the right side of the control group,the left acetabulum at the bottom of the slot,free iliac crest cartilage embedded in the acetabulum. Animals were sacrificed at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 16 weeks respectively. The bilateral acetabulum was removed for gross observation and light microscopy. Osteochondral bone graft survival,no absorption,no rejection. Animal experiments confirmed that the iliac crest free cartilage transplantation can replace the acetabular cartilage with hyaline cartilage to exercise its function and further explain the feasibility and effectiveness of the same iliac crest free cartilage transplantation for the treatment of elderly patients with hip dislocation.
