摘要
本文以降低生产成本为目标,对铝合金熔铸行业的生产计划进行优化,并建立了排产优化模型来控制成本。通过综合考虑原料、工时、能源和订单更新等信息对排产模型进行修正,可以更有效地控制生产成本。
Taking the reducion production costs as the goal,the aluminum alloy casting industry production planning was optimized,and a scheduling optimization model to control costs was established. By considering the raw materials,working hours,energy and order updates and other information on the scheduling model,it can more effectively control the production costs.
