摘要
3D打印属于快速成型技术,它不需要传统的道具、夹具及多道加工工序,利用三维设计数据在一台设备上由程序控制,自动、快速和精确地制造出任意复杂形状的零件,从而实现设计和数字化"自由制造"。SLA—液态树脂光固化成型、LOM—分层实体制造、SLS—选择性激光烧结、FDM—熔融沉积成型,在先进制造技术的教学上进行改革与实践,以项目任务导向式引导学生的学习,以分组讨论式教学方法组织学生深入学习。
3 D printing is a rapid prototyping technology. It does not need the traditional props,fixtures and multichannel processing procedures,to control the program with the use of three-dimensional design data in a device can automatically,quickly and accurately create any complex shape of the parts, so as to achieve digital "free manufacturing". The four main manufacturing processes for 3 D printing technology are: SLA-Stereo Lithography apparatus,LOM-Layered Solid Manufacturing,SLS-Selective Laser Sintering,FDM-Fused Deposition Modeling,and study was made to organize students to learn in depth guided by the project task-oriented learning.
