终身体育教育下的高校体育,不论受传统观念影响还是其他因素的制约,都制约着终身体育的落实。高校体育在教学改革时要紧紧围绕终身体育的指导思想逐渐落实,不能盲目地变化,不断渗透终身体育教育理念和教学目标。
