语文教改与教师职业素养问题研究

Study on the problems of Chinese teaching reform and teachers' professional accomplishment

随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,中学语文的教育改革也迫在眉睫,无论是从教育教学内容上,还是在教育方式上,初中语文教学都应打破传统的教育教学方式,不断发掘自身的创造能力,在教育教学改革中寻求创新,从而让教育走出困境,同时,还应与教师的职业素养相结合,从新形势出发,不断培养提升教师的职业素养,只有这样才能将初中语文教学做得更好。从教材及自身的实际经验出发,分析语文教改实践,探讨中学语文的教学改革和教师职业素养问题,以供参考。

With the continuous deepening of education system reform in our country,the educational reform in middle school Chinese is also imminent. Whether it is from the content of education,Chinese teaching in junior middle school should break the traditional teaching methods of education and constantly explore its own create ability to seek innovation in education and teaching reform,at the same time,should also be combined with the professionalism of teachers,starting from the new situation,continue to cultivate and improve the professionalism of teachers,and to make junior high school language teaching better. Based on the teaching materials and their own practical experience,this paper analyzes the practice of Chinese teaching reform and discusses the teaching reform and teachers ＇ professional accomplishment in middle school Chinese for reference.
