"双师型"教师要求从事高等应用技术类院校的教师在具备教师资格的同时,也应该具备所授专业课的职业资格。具备"双师型"的高素质教师是保证国家高职类院校教学水平得到提高的关键。"双师型"的高素质教师不仅具备丰富的工作经验,也具备了很好的教学能力,所以,"双师型"教师是国家教育发展中最重要的复合型人才。

Teachers with ＂double-qualification ＂ require teachers who are engaged in advanced applied technology colleges to possess the qualifications of teachers as well as vocational qualifications of the specialized courses. ＂Doublequalified＂teachers are the key to improve the teaching level of national higher vocational colleges.
