高职院校教师开展人文素质教育工作探讨

Probe into humane quality education for teachers in higher vocational colleges

随着社会的不断发展,素质教育成为现代社会教育的重点。我国各大高职院校也在大力倡导对学生进行人文素质教育,培养学生的综合品质,为社会提供高素质人才。然而,多数高校在教育工作中,由于受传统教育理念的影响,很多教师对学生的专业技能较为重视,而对于人文精神的培养则较为薄弱。这种教育理念对于当下竞争激烈的社会影响很大,当务之急是要加强对学生创造能力的培养,从正面培养学生的人文精神。

With the continuous development of society,quality education has become the focus of modern social education. The major vocational colleges in our country are also vigorously promoting humanistic education for students,cultivating the comprehensive quality of students and providing high-quality talents to the society. However,due to the traditional educational concept in most colleges and universities,many teachers pay more attention to the professional skills of students,while they are weaker in the cultivation of humanistic spirit. This concept of education has a great impact on the current highly competitive society. It is imperative to strengthen the cultivation of students＇ creative ability and cultivate humanistic spirit of students.
