高职院校体育竞技人才培养模式探析——基于“深化产业融合 校企结合”模式

An Analysis of the Training Mode of Sports Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Model of“Deepening the Integration of Industry between Schools and Enterprises”

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国高职院校"深化产业融合、校企结合"模式下培养高水平体育竞技人才模式进行了探索.研究认为,与传统体育教学模式相比,"深化产业融合、校企结合"模式在拓宽资金来源渠道、搭建社会互动平台和促进校企文化融合方面具有明显优势.但是,目前全面开展"深化产业融合、校企结合"还存在很多问题,包括学校和企业两个层面.对此,文章从政府主导建立和规范合作体制、改革体育教学、开展多种校企合作方式等方面提出了可行性建议和有益的探索.

By using the methods of literature and logic analysis,the paper explores the mode of cultivating high-level competitive sports talents under the mode of"deepening the integration of industry and combining school with enterprise"in higher vocational colleges of our country.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,"deepening the integration of industry,combination of schools and enterprises"has obvious advantages in broadening the channels of funding,building social interaction platform and promoting the integration of school and enterprise culture.At present,there are still many problems in the comprehensive development of"deepening the integration of industry and the combination of schools and enterprises",including the two levels of schools and enterprises.In view of this,the article sets up and standardizes the cooperative system from the government,and reforms the physical education teaching.The feasibility suggestion and beneficial exploration are put forward in carrying out various ways of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
