摘要
在嵌入式系统上电过程中,往往对微处理器和外围电路之间或者微处理器本身的内核和外设之间的上电顺序有严格的要求。采用具有可编程软启动功能的低压差线性稳压器TPS74401,设计了一种具有启动顺序的多路电压转换电路。该电路还可以通过参数的调整,实现输出电压的调节和各路电压输出的排序,最终达到可以灵活设置嵌入式控制系统中各路电压输出和启动排序的目的。
In the power-on process of the embedded system,there are strict requirements on the electrical sequence between the microprocessors and peripheral circuits or between the kernel and the peripherals of the microprocessor itself.Using a low-dropout(LDO)linear regulators TPS74401 with programmable soft start function,a multi-channel voltage switching circuit with start-up sequence is designed.This circuit can be controlled by parameters adjustment,which realizes the output voltage regulation and various sorting.Ultimately,each voltage output and starting the sorting of the control system can be set flexibly in the embedded system.
