马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者的血压及血清Hcy水平的影响评价

Influence of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets on blood pressure and serum Hcy level in patients with type H hypertension

目的:探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者的血压及血清Hcy水平的影响。方法:收治H型高血压患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,对照组采用马来酸依那普利治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后6个月和12个月,两组血压与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月和12个月,两组Hcy与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组降低水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片能有效控制H型高血压患者的血压及血清Hcy水平,效果显著。

Objective：To explore the influence of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets on blood pressure and serum Hcy level in patients with type H hypertension.Methods：100 patients with type H hypertension were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets,and the control group was treated with enalapril maleate.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：After 6 months and 12 months after treatment,there was a significant difference in blood pressure before treatment of the two groups（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference between groups（P〉0.05）.After 6 months and 12 months after treatment,there was a significant difference of Hcy before treatment of the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the level of reduction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets can effectively control blood pressure and serum Hcy level of patients with type H hypertension,and the effect was significant.
