口腔颌面部外伤性软组织缺损的即刻整形修复效果观察

Immediate plastic repair of traumatic soft tissue defect in oral and maxillofacial region

目的:探讨口腔颌面部外伤性软组织缺损患者进行即刻整形修复的效果。方法:收治口腔颌面部外伤性软组织缺损患者40例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组未进行伤后即刻整形修复,观察组伤后立即进行整形修复,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔颌面部外伤性软组织缺损患者进行即刻整形修复的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the application effect of immediate plastic repair of traumatic soft tissue defect in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods：40 patients with traumatic soft tissue defect in oral and maxillofacial region were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated without immediate plastic repair after injury,and the observation group was treated with immediate plastic repair after injury.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The total therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Te application effect of immediate plastic repair of traumatic soft tissue defect in oral and maxillofacial region was significant.
