关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效及临床预后 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效及预后。方法:收治膝关节软骨损伤患者80例。对照组采用常规关节清理术治疗,微骨折术组则采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗。结果:微骨折术组膝关节软骨损伤治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);微骨折术组手术操作时间长于对照组,住院总时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后微骨折术组疼痛程度、膝关节活动幅度、膝关节运动功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效确切,可有效改善患者膝关节活动功能,减轻疼痛,缩短住院时间。 Objective:To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of arthroscopic micro fracture in the treatment of knee articular cartilage injury.Methods:80 patients with knee articular cartilage injury were selected.The control group were treated with conventional joint debridement,and the micro fracture group were treated with arthroscopy micro fracture.Results:The knee cartilage injury treatment effect in the micro fracture group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05);the operative time in the micro fracture operation was longer than the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group(P〈0.05);after the intervention,the degree of pain,knee joint activities range,knee joint motion function in the micro fracture group were better than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic micro fracture is effective in treating articular cartilage injury of knee joint.It can effectively improve the function of knee joint,relieve pain and shorten hospitalization time.
