关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效及临床预后

The curative effect and clinical prognosis of arthroscopic micro fracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury

目的:探讨关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效及预后。方法:收治膝关节软骨损伤患者80例。对照组采用常规关节清理术治疗,微骨折术组则采用关节镜下微骨折术治疗。结果:微骨折术组膝关节软骨损伤治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);微骨折术组手术操作时间长于对照组,住院总时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后微骨折术组疼痛程度、膝关节活动幅度、膝关节运动功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的疗效确切,可有效改善患者膝关节活动功能,减轻疼痛,缩短住院时间。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of arthroscopic micro fracture in the treatment of knee articular cartilage injury.Methods：80 patients with knee articular cartilage injury were selected.The control group were treated with conventional joint debridement,and the micro fracture group were treated with arthroscopy micro fracture.Results：The knee cartilage injury treatment effect in the micro fracture group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the operative time in the micro fracture operation was longer than the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）;after the intervention,the degree of pain,knee joint activities range,knee joint motion function in the micro fracture group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Arthroscopic micro fracture is effective in treating articular cartilage injury of knee joint.It can effectively improve the function of knee joint,relieve pain and shorten hospitalization time.
