小剂量阿托品与氨茶碱对于窦性心动过缓患者的影响

Effects of low-dose atropine and aminophylline on patients with sinus bradycardia

目的:探讨小剂量阿托品联合氨茶碱治疗窦性心动过缓的效果。方法:收治窦性心动过缓患者102例,分两组。对照组采用常规剂量的阿托品治疗,观察组采用小剂量的阿托品联合氨茶碱治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率明显更高,不良反应发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。在动态心电图24 h监测结果中,观察组最低心率、最高心率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量阿托品联合氨茶碱治疗窦性心动过缓疗效良好。

Objective：To study the small dose of atropine combined with aminophylline in treatment of sinus bradycardia effect.Methods：102 cases of sinus bradycardia were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group used conventional doses of atropine treatment.The observation group used a small dose of atropine combined with aminophylline treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results：Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower（P〈0.05）.The monitoring results of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in the observation group,the lowest heart rate,maximum heart rate of patients were significantly higher than the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Small dose atropine combined with aminophylline is effective in the treatment of sinus bradycardia.
