调Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光治疗脂溢性角化病疗效研究

Therapeutic effect on Q switch 755 nm alexandrite laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis

目的:探讨调Q开关755nm翠绿宝石激光治疗脂溢性角化病的效果。方法:收治脂溢性角化病患者92例,全部患者都接受调Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光治疗。结果:治疗总有效率100%;治疗过程中患者都存在一定的灼痛感,在15~30 min后明显消失;病灶较大患者局部存在显著水肿。随访24个月没有复发病例。结论:脂溢性角化病采用调Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光治疗的效果显著,安全性较高。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Q switched 755 nm alexandrite laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis.Methods：92 patients with seborrheic keratosis were treated with Q switch 755 nm alexandrite laser treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 100%;patients in the process there are some pain,then disappeared in 15-30 min;patients with larger lesions has locally significant edema.No recurrence was found in 24 months of follow-up.Conclusion：The effect of Q switch 755 nm alexandrite laser on seborrheic keratosis is significant and the safety is high.
