摘要
目的:探讨背根神经节脉冲射频疗法联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法:收治带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者134例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予背根神经节脉冲射频治疗。结果:治疗1周后、1个月后,观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在带状疱疹后遗神经痛的治疗中将常规药物治疗与背根神经节脉冲射频疗法结合起来可有效提高治疗效果,促进患者疼痛症状的缓解,改善睡眠质量。
Objective：To investigate the effect of dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency therapy（RFT） combined with drug in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods：134 patients with post herpes zoster neuralgia were selected.The control group were treated with conventional medication,and the observation group was given dorsal root ganglion pulse radio frequency therapy on the basis of the control group.Results：After 1 week and 1 month of the treatment,the VAS score and the PSQI score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,routine drug therapy combined with pulsed radiofrequency therapy of dorsal root ganglion can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,promote pain relief and improve sleep quality.
