围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮治疗的可行性与最佳剂量分析

The feasibility and optimal dose analysis of mifepristone for functional uterine bleeding perimenopause

目的:研究围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮治疗的可行性与最佳剂量。方法:收治围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者64例,随机分两组。对照组采用黄体酮治疗,试验组应用米非司酮治疗(根据剂量高低分为高剂量组和低剂量组),比较相关指标。结果:试验组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组中,低剂量组不良反应出现率明显低于高剂量组(P<0.05)。试验组出血停止时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期功能性子宫出血应用米非司酮治疗的可行性高,其中采用12.5 mg/d的剂量治疗效果好,且安全性高。

Objective：To investigate the feasibility and optimal dose of mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods：64 cases of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the experimental group was treated with mifepristone（the high dose group and the low dose group according to the dose level）.We compared the relative index.Results：The effect of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the low dose group was significantly lower than that in the high dose group（P〈0.05）.In the experimental group,the stop time of functional uterine bleeding and the time of hospitalization during the perimenopausal period were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone is highly effective in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and the dose of 12.5 mg/d is effective and safe.
