腹腔镜子宫腺肌病病灶切除联合GnRH-a治疗效果探讨(附30例分析)

Observation on the effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy combined with Gn RH-a in the treatment of uterine gland(with analysis of 30 cases)

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫腺肌病病灶切除术联合GnRH-a治疗的疗效。方法:收治子宫腺肌病患者60例,随机平分两组。对照组行腹腔镜子宫腺肌病病灶切除术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜子宫腺肌病病灶切除术联合GnRH-a治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后月经量和子宫体积均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组痛经改善率、复发率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用腹腔镜子宫腺肌病病灶切除术联合GnRH-a治疗可明显提高治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic hysterectomy combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of patients with uterine gland disease.Methods：60 cases of uterine gland disease were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with simple laparoscopic hysterectomy.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy combined with GnRH-a treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results：After treatment,the amount of menstruation and the volume of uterus in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The dysmenorrhea improvement rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of laparoscopic hysterectomy combined with GnRH-a treatment can significantly improve the curative effect.
