穴位配合乳房按摩对产后乳汁分泌的影响

Influence of acupoint combined with breast massage on the secretion of postpartum milk

目的:探讨穴位配合乳房按摩对自然分娩的产妇始动泌乳时间与乳汁分泌的影响。方法:收治自然分娩的产妇84例,随机分为对照组及试验组。对照组采用常规母乳喂养指导,试验组在对照组基础上加用乳房穴位配合乳房按摩疗法,比较两组产后泌乳始动时间、泌乳量及乳房胀痛情况。结果:试验组泌乳始动时间明显早于对照组,泌乳量显著高于对照组,乳房胀痛症状、产后出血量均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对自然分娩的产妇在12~24 h开始穴位配合乳房按摩,能提前分泌乳汁,促进产后泌乳量,减少乳头皲裂、乳房胀痛、产后出血的发生,改善产妇生活质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of acupoint combined with breast massage on the initial time of lactation and milk secretion of parturient with natural vaginal delivery.Methods：84 cases of parturients with natural vaginal delivery were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine breastfeeding guidance.The experimental group added with breast acupoint combined with breast massage on the basis of the control group.We compared the initial time of lactation,milk yield and breast tenderness of the two groups.Results：In the experimental group,the initial time of lactation was significantly earlier than the control group,milk yield was significantly higher than the control group,and breast pain symptoms and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of acupoint combined with breast massage for parturient with natural vaginal delivery after 12 hours and within 24 hours can secrete milk in advance,promote the quantity of postpartum lactation,reduce chap of nipple,breast distention and pain,postpartum hemorrhage,and improve the quality of maternal life.
