康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面30例临床效果

Kang Fu Xin liquid in the treatment of wound after anal fistula operation in 30 cases

目的:探讨康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面的临床效果。方法:收治肛瘘患者30例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组术后应用康复新液纱条填塞创面,对照组采用凡士林纱条填塞创面,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率、创面愈合时间与住院时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面的临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Kang Fu Xin liquid in the treatment of wound after anal fistula operation.Methods：30 patients with anal fistula were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Kang Fu Xin liquid gauze for filling the wound,and the control group was given vaseline gauze for filling the wound.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the treatment group,the total effective rate,wound healing time and hospitalization time were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Kang Fu Xin liquid in the treatment of wound after anal fistula operation was significant.
