半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的:半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析。方法:收治溃疡性结肠炎患者86例,平分两组。对照组使用柳氮磺胺吡啶片加0.5%甲硝唑100 m L保留灌肠治疗,研究组使用半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减配合中药保留灌肠具有良好的临床疗效,能有效控制病情、改善临床症状、促进患者康复。

Objective：To analyze the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods：86 cases of ulcerative colitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with sulfasalazine and 0.5% metronidazole 100 mL for retention enema.The study group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine to retain enema.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the clinical symptom score was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema has good clinical effect.It can effectively control the disease,improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.
